Claims (4)
- 광통신 시스템에 사용되는 트랜스임피턴스 전치 증폭기에 있어서,광 수신기로부터 받은 입력 전류 신호를 증폭하는 증폭회로부와,상기 증폭회로부로부터 신호를 전달받는 제 1 버퍼회로부와,상기 제 1 버퍼회로부로부터 신호를 전달받아 상기 증폭회로부의 입력단자에 귀환시키는 귀환저항 및 상기 귀환저항과 병렬 접속된 트랜지스터를 포함하는 귀환회로부와,상기 제 1 버퍼회로부로부터 신호를 전달받는 제 2 버퍼회로부와,상기 제 2 버퍼회로부로부터 출력되는 신호에서 양 또는 음의 피크 신호를 검출하여 소정 시간 동안 유지하는 피크 검출부와,상기 소정 시간 동안 상기 피크 검출부의 출력 결과에 따라 상기 귀환회로부의 합성 저항값을 조절하는 전압 조절부를 포함하며,상기 전압 조절부는,상기 피크 검출부로부터 검출된 양의 피크 신호를 증폭하는 제1 버퍼와,상기 피크 검출부로부터 검출된 음의 피크 신호를 증폭하는 제2 버퍼와,상기 제1 버퍼 및 제2 버퍼의 출력의 차이 값을 출력하는 차동 증폭기와,상기 차동 증폭기의 출력과 선정된 기준 전압의 차이에 따라 출력 값을 변동하는 비교기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스임피던스 전치 증폭기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 증폭회로부는 소스 공통 FET 트랜지스터를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 버퍼회로부는 드레인 공통 FET 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스임피던스 전치 증폭기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피크 검출부는,상기 제 2 버퍼회로부로부터 출력되는 신호에서 양의 피크 신호를 검출하여 소정 시간 동안 유지하는 양성 피크 검출기와,상기 제 2 버퍼회로부로부터 출력되는 신호에서 음의 피크 신호를 검출하여 소정 시간 동안 유지하는 음성 피크 검출기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스임피던스 전치 증폭기.
