Description
또한, 도 3에 표시된 바와 같이, 기압차 발생수단(3)은 구동수단으로서 모터에 의하여 구동되는 마주하는 한쌍의 롤(3a)과, 상기 롤(3a)에 감기어 회전하며 외주에 복수의 돌기가 형성된 벨트(3b)로 이루어지고, 상기 벨트(3b)가 회전하는 속도에 따라 벨트(3b)와 상기 스트립(1) 사이의 공기의 흐름의 속도가 변경되어 기압이 변경되므로, 상기 벨트(3b)와 상기 스트립(1) 사이에서 발생하는 흡인력을 조정할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
Claims (3)
- 스나우트와, 상기 스나우트로 부터 공급되어지는 스트립이 도금액에 의하여 잠기어지는 도금조와, 상기 도금조를 통과한 스트립의 표면에 형성된 도금액을 일정하게 유지하기 위한 에어나이프로 구성된 연속도금라인의 스트립 진동억제장치에 있어서,상기 스트립이 상기 도금조를 통과하여 이동하는 경로에 마주하는 한쌍의 기압차발생수단을 설치하므로서 상기 마주하는 한쌍의 기압차 발생수단이 상기 스트립을 양측에서 동일한 흡인력으로 당기어 주므로서 상기 마주하는 한쌍의 기압차발생수단에 의하여 상기 스트립의 이탈을 방지하고,상기 기압차 발생수단은, 구동수단에 의하여 구동되는 마주하는 한쌍의 롤과, 상기 롤에 감기어 회전하는 벨트로 이루어지고, 상기 벨트가 회전하는 속도에 따라 상기 벨트와 상기 스트립 사이에서 발생하는 흡인력을 조정할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 진동 억제 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 마주하는 한쌍의 기압차발생수단 내측에는 제 1 및 제 2변위센서가 설치되어지며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2변위센서의 출력단에는 비교기가 설치되어 상기 제 1및 제 2 변위센서로 부터 출력되어진 값의 차이값을 검출하게되며, 상기 비교기의 출력단에는 상기 비교기에서 출력된 값에 따라 상기 마주하는 한쌍의 기압차발생수단에 공급되어지는 전원값을 조정할 수 있는 전원 가변기가 설치되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 진동 억제 장치.
