Claims (4)
- 유체가 출입하는 포트를 구비하며 내부에서 피스톤(40)이 왕복 이동하는 실린더(24); 상기 피스톤(40)과 결합되어 그 피스톤(40)과 함께 이동되며, 상기 실린더(24)와의 사이에 상기 포트와 연통되는 유로를 형성하는 로드(30); 상기 로드(30)의 외주면에 결합된 쿠션 링(50); 및 직경이 변경될 수 있도록 일부가 절제된 고리형상을 가지며, 상기 실린더(24)에 설치되며, 그 내주면이 상기 쿠션 링(50)의 외주면에 접촉됨으로써 상기 유로(P1)를 막는 쿠션 씰(60);을 포함하는 유압 실린더에 있어서,상기 쿠션 씰(60)의 절제된 부위에 마련되며, 그 절제된 쿠션 씰(60)의 양 끝면으로부터 각각 원주방향으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 연장부(603)를 가지며, 그 한 쌍의 연장부(603)는 상기 쿠션 씰(60)의 축방향에 대해 교차하는 면들이 서로 접촉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 실린더.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연장부(603)들의 서로 접촉하는 면들은 상기 쿠션 씰(60)의 축방향에 대해 수직으로 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 실린더.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 쿠션 씰(60)은 제1부분(605)들과 그 제1부분(605)들보다 축방향의 폭(w)이 작은 제2부분(606)들을 가지며, 그 제1부분(605)들과 제2부분(606)들은 서로 번갈아가면서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 실린더.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2부분(606)은, 상기 쿠션 씰(60)의 반경 방향의 두께(t)가 상기 제1부분(605)보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 실린더.
