Claims (5)
- 자용성 합금을 용사코팅에 의해 모재에 코팅하는 단계,상기 코팅된 모재에 플럭스를 도포하는 단계, 및상기 플럭스가 도포된 용사코팅을 재용융하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 플럭스를 도포하는 단계에서, 상기 플럭스는 Ag분말의 비율이 부피비로 40% 내지 60%가 되도록 에폭시수지에 Ag분말을 혼합하여 형성하는 자용성 합금 용사코팅의 재용융 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 플럭스의 도포는 붓이나 스프레이에 의해 수행되는 자용성 합금 용사코팅의 재용융 방법
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 플럭스를 도포하는 단계는, 상기 플럭스의 도포 후 열처리하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 자용성 합금 용사코팅의 재용융 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 열처리하는 단계는, 100℃ 내지 200℃에서 5분 내지 60분간 실시되는 자용성 합금 용사코팅의 재용융 방법.
