Claims (4)
- 세라믹을 소성 가공하여 수득된 세라믹 봉체로 이루어진 세라믹 스풀과, 상기 세라믹 스풀에 권취되는 백금선, 및 상기 세라믹 스풀에 권취된 백금선의 단부에 도통 경로를 제공하는 리드선을 포함하여 구성되며,상기 세라믹 스풀의 외경에는 나선의 권취홈이 형성되고, 이 나선의 권취홈에는 백금선이 밀착되게 권취되며, 상기 백금선이 권취된 세라믹 스풀의 외경에는 내열성 재질의 유리막 몰드층이 형성되어 백금선의 권취상태가 고형화됨으로써, 외부 충격에 의해 백금선의 저항값이 무단 변화되어 온도 측정값의 오차가 발생되는 현상이 억제되도록 구성되고,상기 세라믹 스풀의 후미에는 설치공이 관통되게 형성되고, 이 설치공을 통해 리드선이 진입하여 세라믹 스풀의 외경에 권취된 백금선의 단부와 결속되도록 구성되며,상기 세라믹 스풀의 외경에 형성된 나선의 권취홈은, 절삭물인 다이아몬드휠과 피삭물인 세라믹 스풀을 상호 접단시킨 상태에서 동시에 회전시켜, 피삭물인 세라믹 스풀의 외경에 정형화되게 형성되어 백금선의 권취상태가 균일하게 이루어지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 계측용 세라믹형 백금 저항체 소자.
