Claims (4)
- 용융아연도금강판의 표면에 흐름무늬가 형성되지 않도록 하기 위하여 도금욕조와 에어나이프를 통과한 용융아연도금강판의 420∼450℃에서 분사 압 0.03∼0.15Kg/㎠, 분사 량 3500∼6000Nm3/h로 불활성가스를 분사되고, 상기 분사노즐에서 분사되는 불활성가스의 분사는 최 하부에 위치한 분사노즐의 분사 각은 40°이고 그 상부로 올라갈수록 분사각도가 점차 작아지면서 최 상부에 위치한 분사노즐의 분사 각은 0°임을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금강판 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성가스의 분사는 용융아연도금강판의 폭보다 크거나 최소 상기 용융아연도금강판의 폭과 동일한 길이를 갖는 분사노즐이 용융아연도금강판의 진행방향을 따라 적어도 2단 이상으로 설치되고 그 2단 이상으로 설치된 분사노즐에서 불활성가스가 동시에 분사됨을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금강판 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불활성가스의 분사는 용융아연도금강판을 중심으로 양측에서 상호 마주보게 분사됨을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금강판 제조방법.
