Claims (14)
- 수온 및 유량을 조절하는 각 조절구(170)(160)의 조작에 의해 회전하면서 대응하는 고정디스크1,2(120)(140)에 형성된 냉/온급수공(121)(122)ㆍ유입구멍(141) 및 배수구멍(123,132,142)을 개방/차단하는 회전디스크1,2(130)(150)를 포함하여 구성된 밸브카트리지(100)에 있어서, 상기 고정디스크1,2(120)(140) 중, 수온 조절구(170)의 조절에 의해, 공급되는 냉/온수를 선택적으로 또는 혼합 조절하여 유입시키는 유입구멍(141)을 갖는 유량조절용 고정디스크2(140)에, 유량을 조절하는 회전디스크2(150)에 의해 개폐되면서, 유입된 냉/온수를 배출시키도록 유입구멍(141)과 소정 간격을 둔 중앙 부분에 대칭으로 한 쌍의 배수구멍(142)을 형성시키고, 상기 회전디스크1,2(130)(150) 중, 유량 조절구(160)의 조작에 의해 유입되는 냉/온수의 양을 조절하여 배출시키는 유량조절용 회전디스크2(150)를, 상기 유량조절용 고정디스크2(140)의 배수구멍(142)이 형성된 부분만을 차단하는 직경으로 하되, 회전조작 시, 배수구멍(142)만을 개방하는 한 쌍의 유량조절홈(151)을 일측 면의 양측에 형성시켜서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정디스크1(120)은 공급되는 냉/온수를 카트리지 내부로 분리 유입시키도록 된 것으로, 물이 공급 배출되는 최전방 차단판인 카트리지 베이스(110)에 부분 삽입 고정되어, 카트리지 베이스(110)를 통해 외부로부터 공급되는 냉/온수를 카트리지 내부로 분리 유입시키도록, 냉/온 급수구멍(121)(122)이 각각 형성되고, 중앙에 배수구멍(123)이 형성되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정디스크2(140)는 유입되는 냉/온수를 하나의 유로를 통해 카트리지 내부로 혼합 유입시키도록 된 것으로, 상기 회전디스크1(130)에 적층된 상태에서, 회전디스크1(130)의 수온조절구멍(131)의 회전각도 내에서 유입구멍(141)이 관통 형성되고, 회전디스크1(130)의 배수구멍(132)의 위치와 일치되도록 배수구멍(142)이 형성되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전디스크1(130)은 상기 고정디스크1(120)에 대응하여 회전하면서 냉/온수의 혼합량에 따라 수온을 조절하도록 된 것으로, 고정디스크1(120)과 면 접촉된 상태에서 회전조작을 통해 고정디스크1(120)에 형성된 냉/온 급수구멍(121)(122)의 개방면적이 조절되도록 수온조절구멍(131)이 형성되고, 고정디스크1(120)의 배수구멍(123)과 일치되도록 배수구멍(132)이 형성되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전디스크2(150)는 상기 고정디스크2(140)로부터 유입되는 냉/온수의 배수량을 조절하도록 된 것으로, 고정디스크2(140)와 면 접촉된 상태에서, 제한 된 각도 내에서 고정디스크2(140)에 형성된 배수구멍(142)의 개방면적을 조절하는 유량조절홈(151)이 형성되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유량조절구(160)는 상기 회전디스크2(150)의 유량조절홈(151)이 형성되는 타측 면에 일측 단이 끼움 결합되되, 그 단부의 면에 상기 회전디스크2(150)를 고정디스크2(140)에 밀착시키도록 된 탄발체(161)가 마련되고, 90°이내로 제한된 각도에서 회전되도록 외주면 중간부분에 스토퍼(162)가 마련되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수온 조절구(170)는 카트리지 하우징(190)에 끼움 고정되는 차단부시(180)에 의해 유량조절구(160)와 격리되면서 유량조절구(160)와 동심 축 결합 상태로 끼워지고, 회전디스크1(130)과 끼움 결합되어 구성됨을 특징으 로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 전체적으로 원통형상으로 되면서, 일측단 외주면에 고정돌기(181)가 형성되고, 상기 고정디스크2(140)의 외주면에 형성되는 고정홈(143)에 대응 결합되도록, 상기 고정돌기(181)가 형성되는 일측 단부에 고정돌턱(182)이 형성되며, 타측 단에는 상기 유량 조절구(160)의 스토퍼(162)를 90°각도 내로 안내하는 가이드홈(183)이 형성된 차단부시(180)를 더 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
- 삭제
- 제 1항 또는 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고정디스크2(140)의 중앙에 대칭으로 한 쌍의 유입구멍2(144)을 형성하고, 상기 회전디스크1(130)에는 상기 수온조절구멍(131)과 상기 유입구멍2(144)을 연통시키는 유도홈(133)을 형성시켜서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전디스크2(150)는 상기 고정디스크2(140)와 면 접촉되는 면에 유량조절구멍(152)을 형성시키되, 타측면에는 유량조절구(160)의 단부가 끼워지도록, 장축과 단축을 갖는 환턱(153)을 형성시켜서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유량조절구(160)의 중앙에 배수로(164)를 관통 형성키되, 상기 회전디스크2(150)의 환턱(153)에 끼워지는 돌턱(165)을 형성시켜서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수도밸브카트리지.
