Claims (1)
- 동일한 장면을 고 휘도영상과 저 휘도영상으로 촬영하는 더블셔터링(Double Shuttering)기법에 있어서 두 영상 간 촬영시간을 최소화하기 위한 전송전극의 구동방법은,첫 번째 영상을 촬영하기 위한 노출단계와;노출단계를 거쳐 얻어진 신호전하를 판독게이트를 통해 수직전송CCD(30)로 판독하는 판독단계와;상기 수직전송CCD(30)로 판독된 영상신호를 임시 저장하기 위해 수직전송CCD상에서 3전극 아래로 이동하는, 저장위치로의 이동단계와;수직전송CCD(30)의 상기 저장위치에서 단시간 영상 촬영 시간까지 장시간 영상 신호의 저장단계와;상기 수직전송CCD(30)에서 첫 번째 영상의 이동단계이후 두 번째 영상을 촬영하기 위한 노출단계와;상기 노출단계를 거쳐 얻어진 신호전하를 판독게이트를 통해 수직전송CCD(30)로 판독하는 판독단계와;상기 수직전송CCD(30)로 판독된 두 번째 영상과, 임시 저장한 첫 번째 영상을 동시에 수직전송CCD(30)에서 수평전송CCD(40)를 거쳐 신호출력부로 출력하는 단계를;포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 CCD영상소자의 유효 다이나믹 레인지를 효과적으로 증대하는 더블 셔터링 방법.
