Claims (4)
- 2차전지로 마련되는 휴대용 전자장비의 배터리 팩을 보호하기 위해 폴리머와 전도성 충전제로 마련된 PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient)소자를 구비하는 자기복구형 퓨즈에 있어서,상기 전도성 충전제는 페록사이드(Peroxide)처리된 카본블랙으로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기복구형 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 페록사이드처리된 카본블랙은 페록사이드와 카본블랙을 중량비 1:1비율로 톨루엔을 용매로 하여 9-10시간 동안 65-75℃에서 반응시킨 후 미반응 페록사이드를 아세톤과 THF(Tetrahydrofuran)를 이용하여 세척한 뒤 페록사이드와 카본블랙의 반응물을 상온에서 건조하여 유기화시켜 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기복구형 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리머는 LLDPE(Linear Low-Density Poly Ethylene)로 마련되고, 상기 PTC소자는 상기 페록사이드처리된 카본블랙을 150-160℃에서 상기 LLDPE에 분산시킨 후 215-225℃에서 상기 페록사이드처리된 카본블랙이 분산된 LLDPE 조직 내에 PP(Polypropylene)를 분산시켜 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기복구형 퓨즈.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 페록사이드처리된 카본블랙은 상기 PTC소자 전체 중량의 50-60%를 차지하도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기복구형 퓨즈.
