Abstract
Description
상기 지지구는 상부지지구와 하부지지구로 형성되며, 상부지지구는 내부가 중공된 파이프 형상이며, 상부지지구의 하부에 연결되는 하부지지구의 내부에는 센서라인이 상하방향으로 관통하는 라인홀이 형성되는 한편, 상부단에는 분사젯에 연결된 공급라인이 연결되고, 하부단은 외주면을 관통하여 외부로 노출되는 세정기결합홀이 라인홀의 일측에는 형성되며, 세정기결합홀의 반대편 면에는 디스플레이장치 및 세정물질공급장치와 연결되어 측정된 수압과 분사압력의 차이를 1~2kgf/cm2으로 일정하게 유지하도록 형성된 수압감지센서로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 침적형 용존산소 측정계의 센서세정기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 상부에는 중공된 내부로 형성되며, 하부는 개방된 상부캡(10)과, 상부캡(10)의 하부에 결합되는 연결구(20)와, 연결구(20)에 연결되는 지지구(30) 및 외부로부터 세정물질을 공급받는 분사젯(40)과, 지지구(30)의 하부에 연결되며, 센서라인(51)을 통해 측정값을 표시하는 디스플레이장치(200)에 연결되는 센서부(50)와, 지지구(30)에 연결되어 분사젯(40)으로부터 세정물질을 공급받아 센서부(50)에 분사하는 세정기(60)와, 센서부(50)의 하부에 연결되어 센서부(50)를 보호하는 보호캡(70)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 침적형 용존산소 측정계의 센서세정기에 있어서,상기 지지구(30)는 상부지지구(31)와 하부지지구(32)로 형성되며, 상부지지구(31)는 내부가 중공된 파이프 형상이며, 상부지지구(31)의 하부에 연결되는 하부지지구(32)의 내부에는 센서라인(51)이 상하방향으로 관통하는 라인홀(32a)이 형성되는 한편, 상부단에는 분사젯(40)에 연결된 공급라인(32b)이 연결되고, 하부단은 외주면을 관통하여 외부로 노출되는 세정기결합홀(32c)이 라인홀(32a)의 일측에는 형성되며, 세정기결합홀(32c)의 반대편 면에는 디스플레이장치(200) 및 세정물질공급장치와 연결되어 측정된 수압과 분사압력의 차이를 1~2kgf/cm2으로 일정하게 유지하도록 형성된 수압감지센서(32d)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 침적형 용존산소 측정계의 센서세정기.
