Claims (2)
- 브리지 다이오드(BD)를 통해 정류되고 콘덴서(C1)를 통해 평활화 된 직류 전압을 입력받아 고주파 교류 전압으로 변환하는 인버터와; 상기 인버터 출력단에 접속된 교류 리액터(Lr)와; 상기 인버터로부터 고주파 교류 전압을 입력받아 특정 권선비에 따라 필요한 전압으로 변압하는 변압기와; 상기 변압기로부터 변압된 교류 전압을 입력받아 직류 전압으로 정류하는 정류기, 및 상기 정류기에 병렬 접속된 콘덴서(C)와 상기 정류기에 직렬 접속된 리액터(L)의 C-L 필터로 이루어진 정류부와; 이그니션 구동을 제어하는 DSP가 구비된 플라즈마 전원장치에 사용되는 이그니션 전압 발생회로에 있어서,상기 정류부와 직렬로 접속된 단방향성의 다이오드(D1)와, 상기 다이오드(D1)와 병렬로 접속되어 이그니션 전압을 발생시키는 이그니션 전압 발생부와, 상기 이그니션 전압 발생부의 플러스(+) 단자에 직렬로 접속됨과 동시에 상기 다이오드(D1)에 병렬 접속된 저항(R1)으로 이루어진 이그니션 회로부를 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 전원장치용 이그니션 전압 발생회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이그니션 회로부의 이그니션 전압 발생부는, 상기 DSP의 제어하에 초기 기동 이후 설정된 시간이 지나면 자동으로 오프됨을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 전원장치용 이그니션 전압 발생회로.
