Abstract
Description
실시예에 따른 백라이트 유닛은 PCB, 상기 PCB에 다수개로 블록 단위를 이루어 실장된 발광소자 및 상기 PCB에 상기 블록 단위 별로 하나씩 설치되고, 렌즈의 일부가 상기 발광소자 위로 연장형성된 하나 이상의 모듈 렌즈를 포함하는 발광모듈; 및 상기 발광모듈을 지지하고 상기 모듈 렌즈를 보호하는 하부 케이스를 포함한다.
이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 슬림화를 구현하고 그 결합구조를 간단하게 구현할 수 있는 발광모듈 및 이를 구비하는 백라이트 유닛을 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
Claims (20)
- PCB;상기 PCB에 다수개로 블록 단위를 이루어 실장된 발광소자; 및상기 PCB에 상기 블록 단위 별로 하나씩 설치되고, 렌즈의 일부가 상기 발광소자 위로 연장형성된 하나 이상의 모듈 렌즈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 PCB에 상기 블록 단위 별로 하나씩 설치되어 상기 블록 단위를 이루는 발광소자를 구동시키는 구동회로부를 포함하는 발광모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 PCB는 메탈 PCB인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광모듈.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발광소자는 행렬 형태의 블록 단위를 이루고,상기 모듈 렌즈는 바 형태로서 상기 블록 단위의 열 또는 행을 따라 설치되며 상기 발광소자로부터 입사되는 빛을 반사시켜 그 진행방향을 변경시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발광소자는 적색 LED, 녹색 LED, 청색 LED를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 PCB 하부에 형성되며 방열을 위한 방열판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광모듈.
- 삭제
- PCB, 상기 PCB에 다수개로 블록 단위를 이루어 실장된 발광소자 및 상기 PCB에 상기 블록 단위 별로 하나씩 설치되고, 렌즈의 일부가 상기 발광소자 위로 연장형성된 하나 이상의 모듈 렌즈를 포함하는 발광모듈; 및상기 발광모듈을 지지하고 상기 모듈 렌즈를 보호하는 하부 케이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 발광모듈은상기 PCB에 상기 블록 단위 별로 하나씩 설치되어 상기 블록 단위를 이루는 발광소자를 구동시키는 구동회로부를 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 PCB는 메탈 PCB인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.

- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 하부 케이스 외부에 형성되며 방열을 위한 방열판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 하부 케이스 외부에 형성되며 상기 구동회로부를 제어하는 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 구동회로부와 상기 제어부는 RSC485 통신 모듈을 통하여 제어신호를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.

- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 발광모듈은 상기 하부 케이스에 나사 체결 방식으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
