Claims (5)
- 철판에 피용접물체를 용접하도록 구동모터를 매개로 회전되면서 철판에 피용접물체를 용접하기 위한 용접토치를 포함하는 용접기에 있어서,상기 철판(10)에 안착되도록 저부에 다수 개의 지지프레임(35)이 구비된 판상의 지지판(30)과,상기 지지판(30)의 상부에서 상기 철판(10)방향으로 관통되고, 상기 구동모터(20)에 의한 구동력으로 회전되는 중공프레임(40)과,상기 중공프레임(40)의 단부에 탄성스프링(42)을 매개로 탄성되게 결합되어 상기 피용접물체를 상기 철판(10)에 말착시키도록 가압하는 가압봉(41)과,상기 지지판(30)의 상부에 상기 구동모터(20)와 상기 용접토치(95)의 작동을 제어하는 제어부(50)가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 토치회전형 자동용접기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 중공프레임(40)의 외주연에는 간격조절나사(64)에 의해 상/하 및 좌/우 이동되면서 상기 용접토치(95)를 유동시키는 간격조절슬라이더(60)가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 토치회전형 자동용접기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 간격조절슬라이더(60)는 상기 중공프레임(40)에 결합되고, 상기 간격조 절나사(64)가 지면과 수평되게 관통된 고정판(61)과; 상기 고정판(61)에 연결브라킷(66)을 매개로 결합되고, 상기 간격조절나사(64)가 지면과 수직되게 관통된 좌우이동판(62)으로 구성되고; 상기 좌우이동판(62)에는 연결브라킷(66)을 매개로 일측이 결합하고, 타측단부에 상기 용접토치(95)가 결합되는 상하이동클렘프(80)가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 토치회전형 자동용접기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항에 있어서,상기 지지판(30)의 저면에는 상기 중공프레임(40)에 장착되어 동일하게 회전되는 위치결정판(70)의 회전을 감지하기 위한 근접센서(75)가 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 토치회전형 자동용접기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 철판(10)과의 부착력을 높여 상기 지지프레임(35)의 분리를 방지하도록 전자석(37)이 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 토치회전형 자동용접기.
