Claims (5)
- 제트펌프(16)의 분사노즐(17)을 통해 주입부(13)로 연료가 분사되고, 그로 인해 생기는 상기 주입부(13) 주변의 부압으로 연료탱크(60) 내부의 연료가 모듈흡입구(14)로 내입되어 상기 연료탱크(60) 내의 연료를 저수하는 차량용 연료펌프모듈에 있어서,상기 연료펌프모듈 저면의 연료를 모듈흡입구(14)로 유입시키기 위해, 상기 연료탱크(60)와 연료펌프모듈 사이에 공간을 형성하도록 다수개의 돌기(11)를 저면에 형성하는 모듈케이싱(10)과;상기 모듈흡입구(14)로 연료가 내입될 경우, 상기 연료탱크(60)에 함유된 모듈흡입구(14) 크기의 불순물이 상기 모듈케이싱(10) 내로 흡입되어 연료흡입에 방해되지 않도록, 상기 연료케이싱(10)과 일체형으로 주입부(13)에 설착되어 상기 불순물을 여과하는 격자여과망(31);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자여과망을 가지는 차량용 연료펌프모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모듈케이싱(10)은 주입부(13)의 일측으로 연장되는 직곡부(15)를 형성하여 측면에서도 연료가 흡입되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자여과망을 가지는 차량용 연료펌프모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모듈케이싱(10)은 주입부(13)와 착탈이 가능한 교체형 필터캡(40)이 장착되되, 상기 교체형 필터캡(40)은 일측에 형성된 착탈편(41)으로 상기 주입부(13)와 분리 및 결합하며, 타측으로 갈수록 점차 만곡지는 형태의 필터케이싱(43)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자여과망을 가지는 차량용 연료펌프모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모듈케이싱(10)은 모듈흡입구(14)로 내입된 연료가 연료탱크(60)로 역배출되지 않도록 상기 모듈흡입구(14) 내부에 역방지 흡입노즐(70)이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자여과망을 가지는 차량용 연료펌프모듈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모듈케이싱(10)은 저면에서 연료탱크(60) 내부의 연료를 주입부(13)로 유입시키는 주입관(18)과, 상기 주입부(13)와 모듈흡입구(14)를 연통시키는 흡입관(19)을 내부에 형성하되, 연료가 상기 모듈케이싱(10) 내부로 최초 투입되는 상기 주입관(18) 일측에는 연료 내 불순물 유입을 차단하는 격자 형상의 그물여과망(50)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 격자여과망을 가지는 차량용 연료펌프모듈.
