Claims (3)
- 트랜스페린 결손 돌연변이 초파리를 제작하는 방법에 있어서,(1) 초파리 트랜스페린 유전자 (CG6186, CG10620, CG3666) 발현 억제를 위해 pUAST-mub 벡터의 mub를 사이에 두고 상보적인 방향으로 각각의 트랜스페린 cDNA를 도입하여 전이벡터를 구축하는 단계;(2) 단계(1)에서 구축된 전이벡터를 초파리에 미세주사하여 형질전환 초파리를 제작하는 단계;(3) 단계(2)에서 제작된 형질전환 초파리를, Daughterless-GAL4 드라이버와 교미를 통해 차세대에서 온몸에서 트랜스페린의 발현이 억제된 트랜스페린 결손 돌연변이 초파리를 제작하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스페린 결손 돌연변이 초파리의 제작방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전이벡터는 각각 서열번호 1 내지 3에 기재된 pUAST-mub-CG6186, pUAST-mub-CG10620 및 pUAST-mub-CG3666 전이벡터인 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스페린 결손 돌연변이 초파리의 제작방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 방법에 의해 제작된 살아있는 곤충 생체내에서 트랜스페린의 다양한 기능 확인이 가능한 트랜스페린 유전자가 결손된 돌연변이 초파리.
