- 다음의 수학식, Mfi = Mbase × FT × FP × FB 를 만족하는 고압가스 분사량 제어 방법(여기에서, Mfi는 고압 가스분사량, Mbase 는 기본 분사량, FT 는 온도보정계수, FP 는 압력보정계수, FB 는 구동전압보정계수 를 각각 나타낸다)에 있어서,(1) 엔진으로부터 입력된 흡기배니폴드압력(MAP)과 엔진회전수(RPM)에 따라 기본분사량그래프(21)에 의해 기본분사량(Mbase)을 결정하는 단계와,(2) 온도센서부(17)에서 입력되는 가스온도(Tgas)에 따라 가스온도보정계수 산출그래프(22)에 의해 온도보정계수(FT)을 결정하는 단계와,(3) 압력센서부(18)에서 입력되는 가스압력(Pgas)에 따라 가스압력보정계수 산출그래프(23)에 의해 압력보정계수(FP)를 결정하는 단계와,(4) 분사량제어장치(16)에 내장된 인젝터 구동전압 측정회로에서 입력된 구동전압신호(VB)에 의해 구동전압보정계수 산출그래프(24)에 따라 구동전압보정계수(FP)를 결정하는 단계와,(5) 고압가스분사량(Mfi)을 산출하여 제어하는 단계, 를 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압가스 분사량 제어 방법.
