Description
수질분석장치 본체(100) 하단으로부터 세정대상이 되는 수질분석용 전극(110)을 관통하여 수직으로 돌출되는 회전축(210),
회전축(210) 하단에 설치되며, 중심부가 회전축(210)에 관통된 상태로 상부에 위치한 전극(110)과 일정거리를 유지한 채 수평고정되며 회전축(210)과 함께 회전되는 세정블럭(220),
세정블럭(220)의 상부에 고정되며 회전축(210)과 함께 회전하면서 세정 대상이 되는 수질분석용 전극(110)의 표면을 연마하도록 상기 수질분석용 전극(110)의 하부면에 밀착하도록 배치된 공업용 다이아몬드로 이루어진 연마부재, 및
상기 회전축에 연결되고, 설정된 시간에 자동으로 세정작업이 수행되도록 회전축을 일정주기로 일정시간 회전시키는 타이머를 구비한 구동모터(M)를 포함하여 연속적인 수질측정을 수행하는 수질분석장치용 전극세정연마장치가 제공된다.
Claims (2)
- 수질분석장치 본체(100) 하단으로부터 세정대상이 되는 수질분석용 전극(110)을 관통하여 수직으로 돌출되는 회전축(210);회전축(210) 하단에 설치되며, 중심부가 회전축(210)에 관통된 상태로 상부에 위치한 전극(110)과 일정거리를 유지한 채 수평고정되며 회전축(210)과 함께 회전되는 세정블럭(220);세정블럭(220)의 상부에 고정되며 회전축(210)과 함께 회전하면서 세정 대상이 되는 수질분석용 전극(110)의 표면을 연마하도록 상기 수질분석용 전극(110)의 하부면에 밀착하도록 배치된 공업용 다이아몬드로 이루어진 연마부재; 및상기 회전축에 연결되고, 설정된 시간에 자동으로 세정작업이 수행되도록 회전축을 일정주기로 일정시간 회전시키는 타이머를 구비한 구동모터(M)를 포함하여 연속적인 수질측정을 수행하는 수질분석장치용 전극세정연마장치.
