Claims (3)
- 터빈 케이싱을 포함하는 케이스 부재에 회전 가능하게 지지된 복수의 노즐 베인의 날개각을 변화시키는 가변 노즐 기구를 구비한 가변 용량형 배기 터보 과급기에 있어서의 가변 노즐 기구 구성 부재의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 가변 노즐 기구의 구성 부재 중 관통 구멍을 구비한 관통 구멍 형성 부재와 상기 관통 구멍에 고착되는 축 형상 부재를 제작하는 데 있어서, 원통 형상으로 형성되어 소결 재료로 이루어지는 내마모 부재의 내주에 봉 형상으로 형성되어 상기 내마모 부재보다도 연질의 재료로 이루어지는 체결 부재의 일단부측을 압입ㆍ고착하여 상기 내마모 부재와 체결 부재에 의해 2층으로 형성된 상기 축 형상 부재를 제작하고, 계속해서 상기 축 형상 부재의 상기 체결 부재측을 상기 관통 구멍에 압입하여 상기 관통 구멍에 상기 축 형상 부재의 단부를 코킹 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량형 배기 터보 과급기에 있어서의 가변 노즐 기구 구성 부재의 제조 방법.
- 터빈 케이싱을 포함하는 케이스 부재에 회전 가능하게 지지된 복수의 노즐 베인의 날개각을 변화시키는 가변 노즐 기구를 구비한 가변 용량형 배기 터보 과급기에 있어서,상기 가변 노즐 기구의 구동 링과 상기 구동 링의 관통 구멍에 압입되는 구동 핀과의 체결부를 상기 관통 구멍에 구동 핀을 코킹 고정하여 구성하는 동시에, 상기 구동 핀을 원통 형상으로 형성되어 경질 재료로 이루어지는 내마모 부재의 내주에 봉 형상으로 형성되어 상기 내마모 부재보다도 연질의 재료로 이루어지는 체결 부재의 일단부측을 압입ㆍ고착하여 이루어지는 2층 구조로 형성하고, 또한 상기 구동 핀의 상기 체결 부재측을 상기 관통 구멍에 압입하여 상기 관통 구멍에 코킹 고정하는 체결부로 하고, 또한 상기 내마모 부재측을 상기 구동 핀에 연결되는 상대 부재와의 미끄럼 이동부로 하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량형 배기 터보 과급기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내마모 부재를 소결 재료로 구성하고, 상기 체결 부재를 스테인레스강 및 탄소강을 포함하는 강재 또는 소결 재료 중 어느 한쪽으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 용량형 배기 터보 과급기.
