- 무유도전압탭센서가 장착된 관내연선도체(CICC)를 감아 만드는 코일 제조방법에 있어서,상기 관내연선도체에 절연테이프를 테이핑하는 제 1단계;상기 절연테이프를 테이핑한 관내연선도체에 도전성섬유를 테이핑하는 제 2단계;상기 도전성섬유를 테이핑한 관내연선도체에 유리섬유를 테이핑하는 제 3단계;상기 도전성섬유와 상기 관내연선도체를 접합하는 제 4단계;상기 접합이 완료되면 리드를 인출하여 몰딩하는 제 5단계;상기 인출된 리드부분을 테이핑하는 제 6단계; 및상기 완성된 리드부분을 코일과 단자로 연결하는 제 7단계를 포함하며,상기 도전성섬유는 니켈, 구리, 니켈순으로 도금된 파이버가 상호 엉켜 롤형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 2단계는압착에 의한 전기접합인 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 제 3단계는상기 인출된 리드를 실리콘으로 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 제조방법.
