Claims (5)
- 실린더 몸체(12)의 내부에 장착되어 유입되는 압축공기에 의해 왕복 이동되는 주피스톤(44)에 의해 차량이 제동되도록 이루어진 제동실린더 유니트에 있어서,상기 실린더 몸체(12)의 내부 공간이 실린더 몸체(12)의 외부로 일부가 표출되도록 설치되는 작동부재(26)를 포함하는 격벽(20)에 의해 구획되는 공간에 일측은 상용제동실린더(30)가 타측은 주차제동실린더(70)가 장착되고, 이 주차제동실린더(70)에는 상기 상용제동실린더(30)의 주피스톤(44)과 대응되도록 위치되는 주차피스톤(74)이 주입되는 압축공기에 의해 이동 가능하도록 설치되며, 이 주차피스톤(74)의 중앙부에 위치되어 장착되는 트러스트샤프트(77)는 일단부가 격벽(20)을 관통하여 상기 주피스톤(44)의 이동을 선택적으로 간섭하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제동실린더 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 격벽(20)에는 작동부재(26)가 작동후 원상 복귀되도록 리턴스프링(24)이 대략 중앙부에 형성된 장착홈(22)의 일측에 삽설되고, 상기 트러스트샤프트(77)의 선단부를 고정하여 주피스톤(44)의 소정 위치에 선단이 접촉될 수 있도록 안내부재(28)가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 제동실린더 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 트러스트샤프트(77)는 가이드블럭(72)의 내측 저면에 일단이 접촉되고, 타단은 격벽(20)을 통과하여 주피스톤(44)과 접촉 가능한 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 제동실린더 유니트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 주차피스톤(74)의 중앙부에 위치되는 래칫휠(76)은 일단부에 형성된 래칫돌기(75)가 작동부재(26)와 결합되도록 설치되고, 이 래칫휠(76)에 형성되는 중공부를 트러스트샤프트(77)가 통과하게 되며, 상기 래칫휠(76)과 트러스트샤프트(77) 사이에 위치되면서 트러스트샤프트(77)의 이동을 간섭하도록 가이드슬리브(78)가 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 제동실린더 유니트
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 가이드슬리브는 주차피스톤(74)의 중앙부에 장착된 주차볼베어링(80)과 일측 단면이 접촉되고, 래칫휠(76)과는 슬라이딩 이동 가능하면서 동일회전수를 가지도록 결합되며, 트러스트샤프트(77)의 몸통 외주연에 형성된 나사산 부위에 일부가 맞물리면서 이동 가능하도록 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 제동실린더 유니트.
