A seat belt retractor fastening structure for a vehicle, includes an inner panel(10), an inner reinforcement member(11), a first retractor fastening plate(12), a second retractor fastening plate(13), and a retractor(15). The inner panel is arranged on a rear side surface of a vehicle. The inner reinforcement member is mounted on an inner surface of the inner panel.
