Claims (8)
- 하부에 받침지지대가 구비된 하부탱크와; 상기 하부탱크 상부에 진공이 유지되도록 체결 고정된 상부탱크로 이루어진 진공탱크;상기 하부탱크 내부에 구비되고, 220V의 교류전압을 15000V로 승압시키기 위한 변압기로 이루어진 고압발생부;상기 변압기에 전선으로 연결되어 변압기의 고압을 적정 압력으로 하강시키는 애자절연체와; 상기 애자절연체에 전선으로 연결되어 상기 애자절연체의 전압이 전달되는 자외선램프로 이루어진 자외선발생부; 및상기 변압기의 고압이 전선으로 연결되고, 상기 자외선램프가 적정 간격을 유지하여 끼워지는 간격공이 형성되고, 상기 진공탱크 내부에 구비된 방전판으로 이루어진 방전부;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수처리시스템의 이온화가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공탱크의 상부탱크 상부 영역에는 진공탱크의 내부를 육안으로 볼 수 있는 투시창이 구비된 플랜지가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수처리시스템의 이온화가스 발생장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하부탱크와 상부탱크 내부 영역에는 반사 력이 우수한 거울, 알루미늄재질의 은박지 또는 이산화티타늄 코팅중 어느 하나로 이루어진 반사부재를 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수처리시스템의 이온화가스발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 애자절연체는 승압된 변압기 전압을 상기 자외선램프가 터지지 않은 정도로 하강시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수처리시스템의 이온화가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방전판은 상기 진공탱크의 하부탱크와 상부탱크 내부에 적정 간격을 유지하여 여러층으로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수처리시스템의 이온화가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방전판의 간격공은 내경으로부터 1~20mm의 간격을 유지하여 자외선램프가 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수처리시스템의 이온화가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공탱크의 하부탱크 적정 위치에는 이온화가스가 외부로 집수되는 가스포집관이 연통되게 구비되고, 상기 가스포집관에는 프라즈마 이온화조로 연결되는 이온화가스공급관이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수처리시스템의 이온화가스 발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공탱크의 상부탱크 적정 위치에는 건조공기블로워가 구비되어 내부에 발생되는 이온화가스를 상기 가스포집관으로 배출시키게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업폐수처리시스템의 이온화가스 발생장치.
