Claims (7)
- 다음의 구성요소들을 포함하는 플라즈마 및 광촉매를 이용한 폐수 처리장치:폐수 처리장치로 폐수를 공급하는 폐수 공급장치;상기 폐수 공급장치에 연결되고, 플라즈마를 방전시켜 플라즈마 가스를 생성하는 플라즈마 방전관(7);상기 플라즈마 방전관(7)에 연결되어 산소를 공급하는 산소 모듈(module)(5);상기 플라즈마 방전관(7)에 연결되고, 플라즈마 방전관(7)에서 유입된 플라즈마 가스로 폐수를 처리하는 반응기(10);상기 반응기(10)와 연결되고, 광촉매에 의해 폐수를 처리하는 광촉매 시스템(12);상기 반응기(10)의 미반응 플라즈마 가스 및 폐수를 재순환시키는 인라인 믹서(inline mixer)(11); 및상기 광촉매 시스템(12)에 연결된 처리수 출구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 방전은 고전압 방전, 수표면 방전 및 수중 직접 방전으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 방식으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐수와 플라즈마 가스를 혼합하는 벤추리 인젝터(venturi injector)(14)가 플라즈마 방전관(7)과 반응기(10) 사이에 추가로 포함되어 있는 폐수 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광촉매 시스템(12)은 UV/TiO2 광촉매로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기(10) 상부에 위치하여, 반응기(10) 및 광촉매 시스템(12)에서 발생한 오존을 분해하는 배오존분해기(13)를 추가로 포함하는 폐수 처리장치.
- 제1항의 폐수 처리장치를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수 처리방법.
