Claims (5)
- 피검체에 초음파를 송신하여 그 반사파를 수신하는 복수의 진동자를 배열한 배열 진동자와, 상기 배열 진동자에 의해 얻어진 수신 신호에 대해, 지연 가산을 행함으로써 병렬 수신을 행하는 지연 가산부와, 상기 지연 가산부가 행하는 지연 가산의 설정에 근거하여 수신의 편향각을 제어하는 편향각 제어부를 구비한 초음파 진단 장치에 있어서,상기 편향각 제어부는, 상기 배열 진동자로부터 송파(送波)되는 송신 빔의 편향각이 커짐에 따라, 병렬 수신에 있어서의 복수의 수신의 지향 방향 상호간의 이루는 각도를 좁게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진단 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 송신 빔의 편향각이 커지는 것에 의한 송수신 상대 감도의 저하를 보상하도록 병렬 수신에 있어서의 복수의 수신 신호에 대한 감도 보정량을 변화시키는 제어를 행하는 보정부를 갖는 초음파 진단 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 보정부는, 송신 빔의 지향 방향과 병렬 수신의 수신 지향 방향이 이루는 각도가 동일한 상기 복수의 수신 신호에 대해, 상대 감도가 동일하게 되는 보정을 행하는 초음파 진단 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 편향각 제어부는, 상기 송신 빔의 편향각이 커짐에 따라 인접하는 송신 빔의 편향각의 차를 작게 하는 초음파 진단 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 복수의 진동자가 적어도 2차원으로 배열되고, 복수의 상기 송신 빔이 각각 투영면과 교차하는 점이 2차원의 등간격의 격자점을 이루는 초음파 진단 장치.
