Claims (6)
- 탄화되고 분쇄되어 제조된 폐타이어 분말 탄화체와 코크스 더스트를 각각 중량비 2:1 내지 9:1로 혼합하여 탄소 골재 혼합물을 얻는 제1공정과;상기 제 1공정의 탄소골재 혼합물을 280℃ 이상의 연화점을 가지고 산소함유량이 5 내지 20중량%인 산화처리 핏치분말 80 내지 99중량%에 1 내지 20중량%로 혼합하여 100 내지 2000kg/cm2로 가압성형하고 소성하는 제 2공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어 분말과 코크스 더스트를 이용한 탄소성형체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화처리 핏치분말은,핏치를 공기 분위기 또는 산소 분위기에서 200 내지 270℃로 30분 내지 1시간동안 산화처리한 것인 폐타이어 분말과 코크스 더스트를 이용한 탄소성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소성공정은,불활성 분위기 중에서 800 내지 1000℃의 온도로 30분 내지 1시간 동안 실시하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐타이어 분말과 코크스 더스트를 이용한 탄소성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폐타이어 분말 탄화체는 폐타이어 분말을 600℃ 이상의 온도에서 30분 이상 질소 또는 아르곤으로 형성한 불활성 분위기에서 탄화하여 0.01mm ~ 0.1mm로 분쇄되어 제조된 것인 폐타이어 분말과 코크스 더스트를 이용한 탄소성형체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화처리 핏치분말의 입도는 0.1mm 이하인 것인 폐타이어 분말과 코크스 더스트를 이용한 탄소성형체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 코크스 더스트의 크기는 0.01mm ~ 0.1mm이고 그 성분이 고정탄소와 회분으로 이루어진 것인 폐타이어 분말과 코크스 더스트를 이용한 탄소성형체 제조방법.
