Claims (3)
- 내부에 유체가 흐르도록 소정의 유로(120,180)가 형성되고 이 유로(120,180)의 중앙부에는 통공(155)이 형성된 밸브시트(150)가 마련된 하우징(100)과, 상기 밸브시트(150)에 밀착되거나 이격되어 통공(155)을 개폐하는 밸브(200)와, 상기 유로(120,180)에 설치되어 유체의 유량을 감지하는 유량감지수단(300)으로 구성된 유량조절밸브에 있어서,상기 유량감지수단(300)은 상기 유로(120)에서 회전 가능하게 유로방향과 교차되는 방향으로 설치되며, 원주방향을 따라 일정간격으로 베인(335)이 마련된 로터(330)와, 상기 로터(330)와 동시에 회전되는 마그네트(350)와, 상기 마그네트(350)의 회전을 감지하는 유량센서(370)를 구비하며, 상기 마그네트(350)는 상기 베인(335)의 외측단에 구비하고, 상기 유량센서(370)는 상기 베인(335)의 회전궤도상의 하우징(100)에 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베인(335)의 외측단 중앙에는 홈 또는 관통공 형태의 결합부(337)가 마련되고, 상기 마그네트(350)는 상기 결합부(337)에 끼워져 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 로터(330)는 유로(120)에서 유로방향과 교차되는 방향으로 회전축(310)에 의하여 회전가능하게 설치되며,상기 베인(335)의 내측단 중앙에는 그 일측이 로터(330)의 외주면과 접하도록 관통공(336)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브.
