Claims (19)

- 접착제를 릴리스 라이너(release liner)에 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 접착제 백킹 물품(adhesive backed article)의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 릴리스 라이너는 상부에 구조물의 배열을 포함하고, 상기 구조물은 상기 표면의 평면으로부터 상향 연장되고, 500 ㎛ 내지 2500 ㎛의 피치를 가지며, 상기 표면의 평면에 대한 각도로서, 선택된 레올로지의 코팅 용액에 대한 공기 버블 형성을 감소시키도록 선택된 0°초과 90°미만의 각도를 형성하는 1 이상의 측벽을 갖춘 것이고, 코팅의 속도가 60 피트/분 이상인 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구조물이 표면의 평면에 대하여 60°미만의 각을 이루는 1 이상의 측벽을 갖춘 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구조물이 표면 상에 실질적으로 연속적이고 그리고 실질적으로 규칙적인 패턴을 형성하는 리지(ridge)인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 리지가 실질적으로 편평한 상부를 구비한, 실질적으로 사다리꼴형 절단면을 가지는 것인 방법.
