- 합성수지 재생장치에 있어서,여러 종류가 혼재된 폐합성수지를 투입구(3)를 통해 투입하면 내설된 발열체(11)에 의해 용융되는 용융부(10)와,상기 용융된 폐합성수지는 용융부(10) 하단에 위치한 한 쌍의 스크루(21, 22)로 이동되어 혼합 ㆍ 교반이 이루어지도록 구성되되, 스크루(21, 22)의 회전축 내부에는 발열체(21a, 22a)가 내설된 교반부(20)와,상기 교반이 완료된 폐합성수지는 호퍼(37)를 통해 그 하단에 위치한 내부 회전축에 발열체(31a, 32a)가 내설된 한 쌍의 스크루(31, 32)로 이송되되, 상기 교반부(20)와는 직교하는 형태로 설치된 압출부(30)와,상기 압출부(30)를 통해 압출된 폐합성수지는 맞물려 회전하는 한 쌍의 드럼(41,42) 사이를 통과하면서 패널의 형태로 제작되되, 드럼(41)과 드럼(42) 사이의 간격이 조절될 수 있도록 제작된 압착부(40)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 재생장치.
