- 육고기나 어패류 또는 채소류의 식료품의 경도를 변화시키는 방법에 있어서,모균주 'No불가리스 26. KCTC 0448 BP'로 배양된 클로렐라 배양액에 상기 식료품을 일정시간 동안 침지시키거나 또는 상기 클로렐라 배양액을 살포하여 상기 식료품의 경도를 변화시키는 방법.
