Abstract

Provided is a manufacturing method of clay bricks coated with clay powder and charcoal powder, to make bricks more visibly attractive and to benefit from both clay and charcoal in prevention of skin infections. The manufacturing method of clay bricks comprises the steps of: preparing a mixture by mixing 70wt.% yellow soil, 10wt.% charcoal milled in size of 0.1-1mm, and 20wt.% sandy clay; performing injection molding with the mixture, and coating the surface of the mixture with a mixed powder consisting of 40-55wt.% clay powder, 25-35wt.% charcoal powder, and 10-25wt.% flux; drying a resulting brick at 50-150deg.C for 40-50 hours; and firing the dry brick at 1020-1250deg.C for 30-40 hours, following by cooling.
