Abstract
Description
본 발명은 참숯가루와 점토분말을 이용한 점토벽돌의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 점토벽돌 제조시, 재료인 황토 및 마사토에 참숯가루를 첨가하여 혼합물(A)을 제조하고, 그 혼합물(A)을 일정한 형태로 사출 및 성형한 후 그 표면에 점토분말, 참숯가루 및 융제 혼합물(B) 파우더를 도포하여 이루어지는 점토벽돌에 관한 것으로, 이와 같이 제조된 점토벽돌은 황토와 참숯의 유용한 성분이 벽돌에 배합되어, 인체에 유익할 뿐만 아니라, 각종 피부질환 예방의 효과를 갖는 점토벽돌로써, 점토바닥벽돌 또는 건축내·외장용 등 다양한 용도로 사용이 가능하다.The present invention relates to a method for producing clay brick using charcoal powder and clay powder, and more particularly, in the manufacture of clay brick, a mixture (A) is prepared by adding charcoal powder to ocher and masato as materials, and the mixture ( The present invention relates to a clay brick obtained by injection molding and molding A) into a certain form, and then applying clay powder, charcoal powder, and flux mixture (B) powder on the surface thereof.
