Claims (8)
- 제1 노드와 제2 노드 사이에 접속되고, 게이트로 입력되는 제1 입력전압에 응답하여 상기 제1 노드로 입력되는 제2 입력전압을 상기 제2 노드로 전달하는 제1 트랜지스터;상기 제2 노드와 접지전압원 사이에 접속되고, 바이어스 전압에 응답하여 전류원으로 동작하는 제2 트랜지스터;상기 제1 노드와 상기 제2 노드 사이에 접속되고, 상기 제1 입력전압과 동일 전압을 공통 게이트 전압으로 입력받아 상기 제1 노드로부터 입력되는 제1 전류를 미러링(mirroring)하는 제1 미러 회로; 및상기 제1 노드와 상기 제1 미러 회로 사이에 접속되고, 상기 제1 미러 회로에 의해 미러링되어 상기 제1 전류와 동일한 크기를 갖는 제2 전류에 대응되는 전압을 공통 게이트 전압으로 입력받아 상기 제2 전류를 미러링하여 상기 제1 및 제2 입력전압의 차를 출력하는 제2 미러 회로를 포함하는 전압차 검출회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 미러 회로는,상기 제1 노드와 일단이 접속된 저항;드레인과 게이트가 상호 접속되어 상기 저항의 타단과 접속되고, 소스가 상기 제2 노드와 접속된 제3 트랜지스터; 및게이트가 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 게이트와 접속되고, 소스가 상기 제2 노드와 접속되며, 드레인이 상기 제2 미러 회로와 연결되어 상기 제1 전류를 미러링하여 출력하는 제4 트랜지스터를 포함하는 전압차 검출회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제2 미러 회로는,드레인이 게이트와 상호 접속되어 상기 제4 트랜지스터의 드레인과 접속되고, 소스가 상기 제1 노드와 접속된 제5 트랜지스터; 및게이트가 상기 제5 트랜지스터의 게이트와 접속되고, 소스가 상기 제1 노드와 접속되며, 드레인으로 상기 제2 전류를 미러링하여 출력하는 제6 트랜지스터를 포함하는 전압차 검출회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 트랜지스터는 드레인이 상기 제1 노드와 연결되고, 소스가 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 드레인과 연결된 전압차 검출회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 미러 회로의 공통 게이트 전압은 상기 제1, 상기 제3 및 제4 트랜지스터의 크기(W/L) 비에 의해 상기 제1 입력전압과 동일한 전압을 갖는 전압차 검출회로.
