Claims (9)
- 제올라이트 분말과 이산화티타늄 분말 및 바인더를 넣고 혼합 교반하고 소성하여 광촉매를 결합하는 단계(S100)와;제올라이트와 광촉매가 결합된 분말을 물, 펄프, 세라믹 화이버, 글래스 화이버, 바인더를 넣고 교반하여 슬러리를 만드는 단계와;슬러리를 정형화된 판에 균질하게 편 후에 증발시켜 시트로 만드는 시트화단계(S110)와;표면적을 높이기 위해 시트를 파형화하는 파형화단계(S120)와;시트와 시트사이에 접착제를 사용하여 결합하는 적층단계(S130)와;적층이 완료된 시트를 적당한 크기로 자르는 절단단계(S140)와;절단면에 광활성을 높이기 위해 광촉매를 2차 코팅하고 건조하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 제올라이트 필터 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는,기공 크기가 6~30 Å(옹스트롱)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 제올라이트 필터 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 바인더는,사이즈가 3~7nm의 SiO2인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 제올라이트 필터 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,광촉매를 2차 코팅하고 건조하는 단계는,절단된 허니컴 표면에 광분해성을 높이기 위하여 광촉매를 2차 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 제올라이트 필터 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,광촉매를 2차 코팅하고 건조하는 단계는,광촉매를 코팅하기 위해 단면 혹은 양면 로울러 코팅장치를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 제올라이트 필터 제조방법.
- 유해 물질을 흡착하는 제올라이트와;상기 제올라이트를 통해 흡착된 유해 물질을 분해 및 살균하는 광촉매인 이산화티타늄과;상기 제올라이트와 이산화티타늄을 결합하기 위한 바인더;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 제올라이트 필터.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는,3차원 구조를 갖는 다공질 무기재료이며, 크기가 6~30 Å(옹스트롱)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 제올라이트 필터.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 바인더는,SiO2인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 제올라이트 필터.
