Claims (13)
- 오염물질을 제거할 수 있는 종이에 있어서,광촉매, 흡착제 및 무기섬유를 포함하는 광촉매종이
- 제1항에 있어서, 광촉매는 이산화티타늄(TiO2), 이산화티타늄(TiO2)에 금속이온을 결합시킨 MxTiO2형 광촉매 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 정제수 중량 대비 0.1∼1.0% 첨가하는 광촉매종이.MxTiO2형 광촉매에서 M은 Pd, Pt, Cu, Au, Ni, Cr 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 금속이고, x는 0.1∼0.5이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착제는 제올라이트, 활성탄소 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 광촉매종이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기섬유는 알루미노실리케이트 화이버, 글래스화이버, 실리카화이버, 알루미나화이버, 활성탄화이버, 세피오라이트 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 광촉매종이.
- 광촉매, 흡착제, 무기섬유를 포함하는 광촉매종이의 제조에 있어서.(1)정제수에 무기섬유, 광촉매, 흡착제를 첨가하여 교반시키는 단계와,(2)상기 (1)단계 후 응결제, 무기결합제를 사용해 무기섬유와 광촉매, 흡착제와 광촉매를 결합시키는 단계와,(3)상기 (2)단계 후 유기섬유, 분산제, 유기결합제를 첨가하여 종이 제조를 위한 슬러리를 얻는 단계와,(4)상기 (3)단계 후 얻은 슬러리를 통상의 종이제조장치에 공급하여 탈수 및 건조공정을 거쳐 종이를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 광촉매종이의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 광촉매는 이산화티타늄(TiO2), 이산화티타늄(TiO2)에 금속이온을 결합시킨 MxTiO2형 광촉매 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 정제수 중량 대비 0.1∼1.0% 첨가하는 광촉매종이의 제조방법.MxTiO2형 광촉매에서 M은 Pd, Pt, Cu, Au, Ni, Cr 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 금속이고, x는 0.1∼0.5이다.
- 제5항에 있어서, 흡착제는 제올라이트, 활성탄소 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 정제수 중량 대비 0.1∼1.0% 첨가하는 광촉매종이의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기섬유는 알루미노실리케이트 섬유, 유리섬유, 실리카섬유, 알루미나섬유, 활성탄섬유, 세피오라이트 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 정 제수 중량 대비 0.01∼0.2% 첨가하는 광촉매종이의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기결합제는 실리카, 알루미나, 실리카졸, 알루미나졸 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 정제수 중량 대비 0.01∼0.1% 첨가하고, 응결제는 황산알루미늄, 양이온성 스타치, 폴리디알리디메틸암모니움클로라이드 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 10∼50ppm 첨가하는 광촉매종이의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 유기섬유는 천연유기섬유, 고분자 합성유기섬유 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 정제수 중량 대비 0.1∼1.0% 첨가하고, 유기결합제는 폴리비닐아세테이트를 정제수 중량 대비 0.01∼0.1% 첨가하는 광촉매종이의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 분산제는 음이온 폴리아크릴아마이드, 음이온 스타치 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 1∼40ppm 첨가하는 광촉매종이의 제조방법.
- 특허청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항 중에서 선택된 어느한항의 광촉매종이를 주재료로 하는 공기청정기용 필터.
- 특허청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항 중에서 선택된 어느한항의 광촉매종이를 재료로 하는 허니컴.
