Claims (5)
- 쇽 업소버의 감쇠력 가변 엑츄에이터에 있어서,상기 쇽 업소버의 베이스 쉘 외경부 일단에 설치되는 하우징과;상기 하우징 일단에 설치되는 솔레노이드 밸브와;상기 쇽 업소버의 리바운드 챔버 및 콤프레션 챔버와 연결되는 제 1 유로 및 베이스 챔버와 연결되는 제 2 유로와;상기 하우징 내부에 상기 솔레노이드 밸브에 의해 왕복운동 가능하도록 설치되는 스풀과;상기 스풀의 슬라이딩운동을 가이드 하기 위해 설치되는 스풀 가이드와;상기 스풀 가이드 바깥쪽에 설치되는 다수의 오리피스가 형성된 밸브 바디와;상기 밸브 바디 사이에 설치되는 디스크 조립체를 포함하며,상기 스풀의 위치에 따라 상기 스풀과 상기 스풀 가이드에 형성된 유로의 개방되는 정도를 조절하여 댐핑 특성을 조절하고,여기에서, 상기 스풀의 외주연 일부 구간에 절개홈이 형성되고, 이에 대응하여 스풀 가이드의 일단에 다수의 관통홀이 형성되어 유로가 형성되고,상기 밸브 바디는 상기 디스크 조립체의 상부에 설치되는 상부 바디와 하부에 설치되는 하부 바디로 구분되며, 상부 바디의 하부에는 미세하게 적은량의 오일이 흐를 수 있는 미세 유로가 형성되며, 상기 미세 유로는 하부 바디의 외주연과 하우징의 내주면 사이의 공간을 통해 베이스 챔버로 연결된 유로와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버의 감쇠력 가변 엑츄에이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 솔레노이드 밸브에 의해 상승된 스풀을 최초 위치로 하강시키기 위해 스풀 상부에 탄성부재가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버의 감쇠력 가변 엑 츄에이터.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 디스크 조립체는 스프링 강 재질로 이루어진 다수의 얇은 디스크 판이 적층되고, 디스크 판 사이에는 와셔가 설치되어 높은 오일 압력에 의해 탄성적으로 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽 업소버의 감쇠력 가변 엑츄에이터.
