Claims (4)
- 렌즈부;전원라인을 통해 전달되는 전원을 공급받아 상기 렌즈부로부터 전달되는 영상을 전기신호로 변환하며, 시리얼 클럭 라인(SCL) 및 시리얼 데이터 라인(SDA)으로 구성된 I2C 버스에 연결된 이미지 센서부;정전기 방전에 의한 과전류가 상기 이미지 센서부로부터 상기 시리얼 클럭 라인으로 전달되는 것을 차단하는 제1 다이오드;정전기 방전에 의한 과전류가 상기 이미지 센서부로부터 상기 시리얼 데이터 라인으로 전달되는 것을 차단하는 제2 다이오드;상기 전원라인으로부터 공급되는 전원이 존재하지 않는 경우, 상기 이미지 센서부와 상기 시리얼 클럭 라인의 연결을 차단하는 제1 스위치; 및상기 전원라인으로부터 공급되는 전원이 존재하지 않는 경우, 상기 이미지 센서부와 상기 시리얼 데이터 라인의 연결을 차단하는 제2 스위치를 포함하는 I2C 통신 방식을 이용하여 통신하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 센서부는,상기 제1 다이오드 및 제2 다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 I2C 통신 방식을 이용하여 통신하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 스위치 및 제2 스위치는 버스 스위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 I2C 통신 방식을 이용하여 통신하는 카메라 모듈.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 스위치 및 제2 스위치는 일체형으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 I2C 통신 방식을 이용하여 통신하는 카메라 모듈.
