Claims (12)
- 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물로서,생분해성 고분자 또는 공중합체를 포함하는 기재, 및실온에서 상기 고분자 조성물에 상기 기재에 대한 실온 인장 강도보다 낮은 인장 강도를 부여하는 하나 이상의 단량체들을 포함하는 공중합체 첨가제를 포함하여 이루어진 상기 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물에 있어서,상기 조성물의 인장 강도가 처음에 증가하는 것이 허용되며, 그 후 몇 분보다 큰 시간 주기 동안 상기 조성물의 인장 강도가 감소하도록 상기 조성물이 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 락티드(lactide)를 포함하는 공중합체 또는 고분자임을 특징으로 하는 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 폴리락티드, 폴리글리콜라이드, 폴리(L-락티드), 폴리(D-락티드), 폴리(L-락티드-코-D,L-락티드), 폴리(L-락티드-코-메조-락티드), 폴리(L-락티드-코-글리콜라이드), 폴리(L-락티드-코-엡실론-카프로락톤), 폴리(D,L-락티드-코-메조-락티드), 폴리(D,L-락티드-코-글리콜라이드), 폴리(D,L-락티드-코-엡실론-카프로락톤), 폴리(메조-락티드-코-글리콜라이드), 및 폴리(메조-락티드-코-엡실론-카프로락톤)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 첨가제는 트리메틸렌 카보네이트 또는 다이 옥산온을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 폴리(L-락티드-코-D,L-락티드) 70:30, 폴리(L_락티드-코-D,L-락티드) 80:20, 폴리(L-락티드-코-글리콜라이드) 85:15, 및 폴리(L-락티드-코-글리콜라이드) 80:20으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 첨가제는 폴리(L-락티드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트), 폴리(D,L-락티드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트), 폴리(메조-락티드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트), 폴리(글리콜라이드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트), 폴리(L-락티드-코-다이옥산온), 폴리(D,L-락티드-코-다이옥산온), 폴리(메조-락티드-코-다이옥산온), 및 폴리(글리콜라이드-코-다이옥산온)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체 첨가제는 폴리(L-락티드-코-트리메틸렌 카보네이트)임을 특징으로 하는 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 50% 내지 99%의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 공중합체 첨가제는 1% 내지 50%의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물.
- 임플란트의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은,기재와 공중합체 첨가제의 혼합물을 용융 블랜드하여 용융 블랜드된 혼합물을 형성하는 단계와,상기 용융 블랜드된 혼합물로 임플란트를 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 임플란트는 상기 공중합체 첨가제를 배제한 상기 기재로 형성된 임플란트에 대한 실온 인장 강도보다 낮은 실온 인장 강도를 가지며,상기 임플란트의 인장 강도가 증가하는 것을 허용하는 단계, 및몇 분보다 큰 시간 주기 동안 상기 임플란트의 인장 강도가 감소하도록 상기 임플란트를 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 임플란트의 제조 방법.
- 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물로 형성된 임플란트로서,상기 용융 블랜드된 고분자 조성물은 생분해성 고분자 또는 공중합체를 포함하는 기재, 및하나 이상의 단량체들을 포함하는 공중합체 첨가제를 포함하며, 상기 하나 이상의 단량체들은 실온에서 상기 임플란트에 상기 공중합체 첨가제를 배제한 상기 기재로 형성된 임플란트에 대한 실온 인장 강도보다 낮은 인장 강도를 부여하는 상기 임플란트에 있어서,상기 조성물의 인장 강도가 처음에 증가하는 것이 허용되며, 그 후 몇 분보다 큰 시간 주기 동안 상기 조성물의 인장 강도가 감소하도록 상기 조성물이 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 임플란트.
