Claims (4)
- 기판의 상면에 인듐주석산화물층, 유기물층 및 금속전극층이 순차적으로 형성된 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 인듐주석산화물층이 형성되는 상면과 상반되는 상기 기판의 표면에 부착되어 외부로부터 입사되는 빛을 편광시키고, 미리 설정된 색을 갖는 물질로 이루어진 유색 편광판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유색 편광판은, 알쥐비(RGB) 중 어느 하나의 색을 갖는 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유색 편광판은, 상기 알쥐비 중 동일한 휘도로 발광하기 위하여 가장 높은 전류가 필요한 색을 갖는 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유색 편광판은, 레드 빛을 갖는 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
