더우기 본 발명의 배양기는 배양조 내면 하측으로 장애물이 전혀 없고 교반기(5)가 배양조 상부에 장치되어 배양조로 공급되는 배양액의 공급압력에 따라 토출되는 토출압을 이용하여 교반하기 때문에 내부에 별도의 전원이 필요없게 되며 토출구가 연결관(50) 양측에 장치되어 있고 그 파생부에 개폐밸브(53)가 장치되어 있으므로 두개의 토출구로 배양액이 토출되게 하거나 일측 토출구로 배양액이 토출되게 선택할 수 있어서 소용돌이 속도를 조정할 수 있고 토출구가 토출하는 각도가 일정각으로 경사져 있으므로 소용될이가 배양조 상면에서 하단배출구에 이르도록 원추형의 소용돌이를 일으켜 내양액 깊숙이까지 산소공급이 가능하므로 안전한 배양이 이루어지고 배양액의 가열이 배양조 외부에서 이루어져 배양조로 공급이 되고 동시에 배양액가열기의 전기히터(22)가 망용기(21)에 장치되어 가열용기와 격리되어 있으므로 배양액이 순환될 때 뜨거운 전기히터와 직접적으로 접촉하는 것을 차단하여 간접적인 가열이 이루어지기 때문에 매우 안전한 가열이 가능하게 되는 이점이 있고 순환장치(4)에 양수기(41)가 장치되어 배양액의 순환과 배출에 도움을 주므로 사용이 편리하게 되는 이점을 얻을 수 있고 광합성미생물을 배양시킬 때는 조명장치(1g)에 장치된 투광기(6)를 통해 백열등빛이나 황색불빛을 조명하여 광합성 미생물의 배양을 효과적으로 할 수 있어서 실효성이 높은 배양기를 얻을 수 있 게 된다.Furthermore, the incubator of the present invention has no obstacles at the bottom of the inner surface of the incubator, and the agitator 5 is installed at the upper side of the incubator and is stirred using the discharge pressure discharged according to the supply pressure of the culture solution supplied to the incubator.
