Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 제 1 및 제 2 투명 전극층과 상기 전극층 사이에 배치되어 전기적 여기에 의존하여 파면을 변형하는 매체를 구비하고, 빔은 매체의 평면내에 단면을 갖고, 변형기를 통과하는 광 빔의 파면을 변형하는 광 파면 변형기에 있어서,상기 전극층은 단면에서 제 1 차수의 반경의 제 1 파면 변형을 제공하는 동시에 제 1 차수와는 다른 제 2 차수의 반경의 제 2 파면 변형을 제공하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 파면 변형기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극층은 제 1 파면 변형을 일으키는 전극 구조를 갖고, 상기 제 2 전극층은 제 2 파면 변형을 일으키는 전극 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 파면 변형기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극층은 제 1 파면 변형과 제 2 파면 변형 모두를 일으키는 전극 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 파면 변형기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 차수는 제 1 차수보다 1 차수 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 파면 변형기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1 파면 변형은 코마수차에 해당하고, 상기 제 2 파면 변형은 비점수차에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 파면 변형기.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1 파면 변형은 구면수차에 해당하고, 상기 제 2 파면 변형은 코마수차에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 파면 변형기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 파면 변형과 상기 제 2 파면 변형은 빔의 단면에 걸쳐 서로 직각을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 파면 변형기.
- 방사 빔을 발생하는 방사원과, 정보층상의 초점에 방사 빔을 집속시키는 대물계와, 기록매체로부터의 방사를 받는 검출계를 가지는 정보층을 구비하는 광 기록매체를 주사하는 주사장치에 있어서, 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광학 파면 변형기는 방사원과 검출계의 사이의 광 경로에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 주사장치는 오류정정용 정보처리부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 주사장치.
