Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- Au를 포함하고, 온도에 따라 저항이 변화하는 발열층과, 상기 발열층의 한쪽 면에 접하고 상기 발열층의 발열에 수반한 상기 발열층의 확산을 방지하는 확산방지층과, 기판과 상기 확산방지층 사이에 배치된 결합층을 갖는 발열부;상기 발열부에 전압을 인가하거나 또는 전류를 흘려서 상기 발열부를 가열하는 전원부; 및상기 발열부에 인가된 전압 또는 전류로부터 상기 발열부의 저항을 판독하고, 상기 저항으로부터 상기 발열부의 온도를 판독하는 동시에 상기 발열부의 온도가 250℃를 넘도록 상기 전원부를 제어하는 제어부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판상에 구비되는 열처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 확산방지층은 W를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결합층은 Ta, Mo, Ti, Cr 및 TiN중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열층의 층두께는 100 nm ~ 700 nm 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 확산방지층의 층두께가 50 nm ~ 100 nm 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결합층의 층두께가 50 nm ~ 100 nm 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열부는 연료를 개질하고 수소를 생성하는 개질기 내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,연료를 개질하여 수소를 생성하는 개질기와,상기 개질기에 의해서 생성된 수소에 의해 발전하는 연료전지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전원부는 상기 연료전지에 의해 발전된 전력을 이용해서 상기 발열부를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리장치.
- Au를 포함하고 온도의 변화에 따라 저항이 변화하는 발열층과, 상기 발열층의 한쪽 면에 접하고 상기 발열층의 발열에 수반한 상기 발열층의 확산을 방지하는 확산방지층과, 기판과 상기 확산방지층 사이에 배치된 결합층을 갖는 발열부;상기 발열부에 전압을 인가하거나 또는 전류를 흘려서 상기 발열부를 가열하는 전원부;상기 발열부에 인가된 전압 또는 전류로부터 상기 발열부의 저항을 판독하고, 상기 저항으로부터 상기 발열부의 온도를 판독하는 동시에 상기 발열부의 온도가 250 ℃를 넘도록 상기 전원부를 제어하는 제어부;상기 발열부에서의 발열에 의해서 연료를 수소로 개질하는 개질기; 및상기 개질기에 의해서 생성된 수소에 의해 발전하는 연료전지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 확산방지층은 W를 포함하고, 상기 결합층은 Ta, Mo, Ti, Cr 및 TiN중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발전장치.
