Claims (6)
- 호퍼(1)를 통해 공급되는 수분이 포함된 폐입자를 건조시키는 건조부(2)와, 건조부(2)에서 건조된 폐입자만을 선별하여 회수하는 폐입자 회수수단(3)을 포함하는 폐입자 건조장치에 있어서,상기 건조부(2)는,하부 둘레에 구비되어 상기 호퍼(1)로부터 폐입자를 유입 받는 유입관(211)과 내부 하부에 구비되어 유입된 폐입자를 상부로 상승시키는 회전날개(221)를 포함하는 회전수단(22) 및 상부에 구비되어 상기 폐입자 회수수단(3)과 연결되는 배출관(212)을 포함하는 수직 기류건조관(21)과,상기 수직 기류건조관(21)의 내부로 폐입자에 함유된 수분을 건조할 수 있도록 제트열풍을 공급하는 제트열풍 공급수단(23),을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 충돌제트기류를 이용한 페입자 건조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전수단(22)은,상기 수직 기류건조관(21)의 하판에 회전축(222)이 관통되면서 하판의 상부에 구비되는 회전날개(221)와,상기 회전날개(221)의 회전축(222)을 회전시키는 구동부(223)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 충돌제트기류를 이용한 폐입자 건조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제트열풍 공급수단(23)은,상기 수직 기류건조관(21)의 원주방향으로 형성되어 수직 기류건조관(21)의 내부로 열풍을 분사하는 다수의 제트노즐(231)과,상기 제트노즐(231)들과 연통되게 수직 기류건조관(21)의 외측에 구비되는 둘레챔버(232)와,상기 둘레챔버(232)로 고속 열풍을 공급하는 열풍기(24)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 충돌제트기류를 이용한 폐입자 건조장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제트노즐(231)들은,수직 기류건조관(21)의 측벽 둘레에 등간격의 수직열로 높이를 달리하며 구비되어 있고,열풍을 선회유동 형태로 상승시킬 수 있도록 일측방향으로 경사지게 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 충돌제트기류를 이용한 폐입자 건조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제트열풍 공급수단(23)은,상기 수직 기류건조관(21)의 내부에 수직으로 세워지고 둘레에는 열풍을 분사하는 다수의 제트노즐(231)이 구비된 수직챔버(234)와,상기 수직챔버(234)로 고속 열풍을 공급하는 열풍기(24)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 충돌제트기류를 이용한 폐입자 건조장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제트노즐(231)들은,수직챔버(234)의 측벽 둘레에 등간격의 수직열로 높이를 달리하며 구비되어 있고,열풍을 선회유동 형태로 상승시킬 수 있도록 일측방향으로 경사지게 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 충돌제트기류를 이용한 폐입자 건조장치.
