Abstract
Description
그 다음, 상기 용액에 담체를 함께 넣고 중성 분위기를 유지하면서 교반시킨다. 따라서, 먼저 1단계로서 요소가 첨부되고, 2단계로서 암모니아수가 첨가되어 중성 분위기를 유지하면서 교반시킬 수 있게 된다.
Claims (6)
- 망간 질산염 수화물과 구리 질산염 수화물을 증류수에 용해시키는 단계;상기 용액에 요소를 넣고 용해시키는 단계;상기 용액에 담체를 함께 넣고 교반시키는 단계; 및상기 교반물을 건조, 분쇄 및 소성시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자의 구리-망간 산화물 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 교반시키는 단계는 암모니아수를 첨가하여 pH 7 내지 pH 9의 조건하에서 교반시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자의 구리-망간 산화물 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 담체는 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자의 구리-망간 산화물 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 촉매는 구리/망간의 함량비가 몰비로 0.43 몰 내지 1.72 몰의 범위 이 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자의 구리-망간 산화물 촉매를 제조하는 방법.
- 구리-망간 산화물 촉매에 있어서,상기 촉매는 구리/망간의 함량비가 몰비로 0.43 몰 내지 1.72 몰의 범위 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자의 구리-망간 산화물 촉매.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 촉매는 Cu1 .5Mn1 .5O4의 결정상인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노 입자의 구리-망간 산화물 촉매.
