Abstract
Description

- RF 신호를 수신하며, 상기 RF 신호를 중심 주파수 및 양측 대역폭을 갖는 중간 주파수 (IF) 신호로 하향 변환하도록 구성되는 전단부;상기 전단부에 접속되며, 상기 IF 신호를 수신하고 상기 IF 신호를 샘플링하여 IF 샘플들을 제공하도록 구성되며, 샘플링 주파수로 클록킹되는 시그마-델타 아날로그-디지털 변환기 (∑△ ADC) ; 및상기 ∑△ ADC 에 접속되며, 상기 IF 샘플들을 수신하여 상기 RF 신호의 생성에 이용된 변조 포맷에 따라 상기 IF 샘플들을 복조하도록 구성되는 디지털 신호 프로세서를 구비하고,상기 ∑△ ADC 는 각각의 루프가 특정 요구 조건에 따라 선택적으로 턴 온 또는 턴 오프될 수 있는 다중 루프들로 이루어지는, RF 신호를 복조하는 수신기.
- 제 27 항에 있어서,상기 디지털 신호 프로세서는, 상기 IF 샘플들을 수신하고 필터링하여 필터링된 샘플들을 제공하도록 구성되며, 또한 상기 필터링된 샘플들을 데시메이션 비율 (decimation ratio) 에 의해 데시메이션하도록 더 구성되는 디지털 필터를 구비하는, RF 신호를 복조하는 수신기.
- 제 28 항에 있어서,상기 디지털 신호 프로세서는, 상기 디지털 필터에 접속되며 상기 필터링된 샘플들을 수신하고, 하향 변환하여 동위상 (inphase) 샘플들과 직교위상 (quadrature) 샘플들을 제공하도록 구성되는 복조기를 더 구비하는, RF 신호를 복조하는 수신기.
- 제 29 항에 있어서,상기 디지털 신호 프로세서는, 상기 복조기에 접속되며 하나의 저역 통과 필터는 상기 동위상 샘플들을 수신하여 샘플링하도록 구성되고 다른 하나의 저역 통과 필터는 상기 직교위상 샘플들을 수신하여 샘플링하도록 구성되는 두 개의 디지털 대역 통과 필터들을 더 구비하는, RF 신호를 복조하는 수신기.
- 제 30 항에 있어서,상기 저역 통과 필터들은 상기 동위상 및 직교위상 샘플들을 정합 필터링하는, RF 신호를 복조하는 수신기.
