Claims (4)
- 표면처리강판으로 형성된 피용접재를 전극 사이에 두고 상기 피용접재를 가압하는 단계;상기 전극을 통하여 상기 피용접재에 전류를 통전시키는 단계; 및상기 전극과 피용접재 사이의 가압력을 유지하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 전류를 통전시키는 단계는,교류 전류를 점진적으로 상승시키는 단계와, 교류 전류가 점진적으로 상승된 후 일정하게 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 저항 스폿 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피용접재는 크롬-프리(Cr-free) 수지로 표면처리된 강판인 저항 스폿 용접방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피용접재에 공급되는 교류 전류를 상승시키는 단계에서 전류 상승시간이 3 ~ 7 사이클(cycle) 범위 내로 이루어지는 저항 스폿 용접방법.
