Claims (5)
- 전자파를 차폐하는 구조체에 있어서,상기 구조체의 내측에 형성되어 상기 구조체가 고무적인 특성을 갖도록 하는 실리콘 폴리머와,상기 구조체의 외측에 형성되어 상기 구조체가 전자파를 차폐하는 특성을 갖도록 하는 미세금속 복합재 전도성 실리콘을 포함하고,상기 미세금속은은 코팅 구리(Silver Coated Copper), 은 코팅 유리(Silver Coated Glass), 은 코팅 알루미늄(Silver Coated Aluminum), 은 코팅 니켈(Silver Coated Nickel), 니켈 코팅 흑연(Nickel Coated Graphite), 순 은(Pure Silver) 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐용 이중구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 미세금속의 입자 크기는 15㎛ ~ 35㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐용 이중구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 폴리머는 고온경화용 실리콘(HTV)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐용 이중구조체.
- 전자파 차폐용 구조체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 실리콘 폴리머를 이중헤드를 갖는 제 1 압출기에 투입하는 단계와,(b) 미세금속복합재료를 콤파운드기에서 배합하여 제 2 압출기에 투입하는 단계와,(c) 상기 제 2 압출기에 의해 상기 투입된 미세금속복합재료를 압출하여 미세금속 복합재 전도성 실리콘을 성형하는 단계와,(d) 상기 압출 성형된 미세금속 복합재 전도성 실리콘을 상기 제 1 압출기로 배출하는 단계와,(e) 상기 단계(a)에서 투입된 실리콘 폴리머와 상기 단계(d)에서 배출된 미세금속 복합재 전도성 실리콘을 상기 제 1 압출기의 이중헤드를 통해 압출하여 이중구조체를 성형하는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐용 이중구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 압출기의 규격은 80m/m이고,상기 제 2 압출기의 규격은 65m/m인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파 차폐용 이중구조체의 제조 방법.
