Description
DE-A1-42 19 669호는 자동차 내에서 반복되는 제어 과정을 위한 제어량을 계산하기 위한 제어장치에 관해 기재하고 있다. 여기에는 특히 엔진 관리(점화, 분사) 및 ABS-제동 시스템이 포함된다. 여기서 점화 모듈, 분사 모듈 및 제동 모듈은 각각 마이크로프로세서, 메모리 모듈 및 온/오프 회로를 갖고 있고, 이 모듈들은 얻어진 제어량을 접속되어 있는 데이터 버스를 통해 계속적으로 중앙 제어장치에 전달한다. 이 경우, 자동차 내에서의 데이터 전달에 적합한 각각의 버스 시스템이 사용될 수 있다.
EP-A1-0 392 411호는 버스를 통해 부하 모듈(에어콘, 파워 스티어링, 트랜스미션)과 공동 작용하는 중앙 시스템 관리 모듈을 가진 자동차 제어 시스템에 관해 기재하고 있으며, 상기 시스템 관리 모듈은 사용자가 이 모듈에 대한 정당한 사용자임을 식별한 때에만 활성화될 수 있다. 특정 전송 프로토콜은 제시되어 있지 않다.
DE-A1-44 01 785호는 서로 데이터를 교환하는 하나의 중앙 제어 유닛과 복수의 단말 제어 장치를 구비한 자동차용 집적 결선 시스템을 기재하고 있다. 상기 데이터 교환은 균일한 프로토콜에 따라서가 아니라 상이한 전송속도를 가진 상이한 통신 프로토콜에 따라 이루어진다.
EP-A1-0 307 344호는 사용자 스테이션이 버스를 통해 데이터를 주고받는 자동차용 결선 시스템을 기재하고 있다. 사용자 스테이션에는 인터페이스 장치들이 별 모양으로 접속되어 있고, 상기 장치들에는 단말 장치(부하)가 그룹으로 접속되어 있다. 이들을 하나의 부하 모듈로 결합하는 것은 제공되어 있지 않다.
끝으로 US-A-5,732,074호는 휴대가능한 이동 무선 통신 시스템을 기재하고 있는데, 거기에서 원격 컴퓨터와 자동차 제어 시스템 사이의 데이터 전송은 인터넷 프로토콜에 따라 행해진다. 데이터들은 자동차 내에서 변환되어 로컬 제어 회로망에 공급되고, 이 회로망은 인터넷 프로토콜에 따라서가 아니라 다른 버스 시스템(CAN)에 따라 작동한다.
Claims (7)
- 자동차의 복수의 전기 부하용 제어 시스템에 있어서,중앙 컴퓨터;데이터버스; 및복수의 로컬 컴퓨터로서, 각각의 로컬 컴퓨터는 상기 전기 부하들의 각각에 대응하여 상기 전기 부하들 각각을 제어하도록 구성되며, 각각의 로컬 컴퓨터는 상기 데이터버스를 통하여 상기 중앙 컴퓨터에 접속되며, 상기 데이터버스를 통하여 인터넷 프로토콜에 따라 제어 데이터를 교환하도록 구성되는, 상기 복수의 로컬 컴퓨터를 포함하고,각각의 전기 부하는 복수의 부하 모듈들 중 하나의 모듈 내에 상기 각각의 로컬 컴퓨터와 함께 배열되고, 상기 부하 모듈 내의 상기 각각의 로컬 컴퓨터에 의해 제어되며,상기 중앙 컴퓨터는 상기 로컬 컴퓨터들의 각각과 클라이언트-서버 관계에 있으며,상기 중앙 컴퓨터와 상기 로컬 컴퓨터들은 인트라넷을 정의하며,각각의 로컬 컴퓨터는 상기 데이터 교환을 위하여 서버 프로그램을 포함하고, 상기 중앙 컴퓨터는 브라우저 프로그램을 포함하는, 자동차의 복수의 전기 부하용 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부하 모듈(29, 33, 36)내에 복수의 전기 부하(31, 32; 35; 38, 39)가 통합되고 상기 로컬 컴퓨터(30, 34, 37)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 복수의 전기 부하용 제어 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 버스는 상기 중앙 컴퓨터(25)와 상기 개별 부하 모듈(29, 33, 36) 사이에서 별 모양으로 연장되는 복수의 버스라인(26, 27, 28)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 복수의 전기 부하용 제어 시스템.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 선택된 로컬 컴퓨터(19, 22; 30, 34, 37)의 홈페이지가 제어를 위해 디스플레이 장치(13)에 표시되도록 상기 디스플레이 장치(13)가 상기 중앙 컴퓨터(11)에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동차의 복수의 전기 부하용 제어 시스템.
