Description
Claims (1)
- 미닫이 창문에서 설치되며, 내부면 일측의 중앙에는 걸림돌기(11)가 돌출되게 설치되고, 타측 상부에는 체결고리(12)가 돌출형성되는 창문부재(10)와;상기 창문부재(10)가 설치되는 창틀부재(1) 일측벽에 상부에 돌출되는 체결편(21)에 체결볼트(22)를 통해 고정설치되며, 내부에는 스파이럴스프링(24)이 설치되는 권취롤러(23) 및 가이드롤러(25a)(25b), 감속롤러(26), 와이어이탈방지롤러(27)가 순차적으로 설치되고, 상부 일측면에는 인출공(28)이 관통형성되어 마감판(29)으로 마감되는 제1케이스(20)와;상기 제1케이스(20) 내부에 순차적으로 설치되는 권취롤러(23) 및 가이드롤러(25a)(25b), 감속롤러(26)와 와이어이탈방지롤러(27)에 권취되어 단부가 제1케이스(20) 측면 상부의 인출공(28)으로 노출되며, 단부에 걸림고리(31)가 형성되는 와이어(30)와;사각형의 박스형상으로 형성되어 상기 창틀부재(1)의 타측 즉, 제1케이스(20)가 설치되는 반대측의 창틀부재(1)에 고정설치되며, 상부면 일측에 수분을 감지하는 수분감지센서(41)가 설치되고, 내부에는 상기 수분감지센서(41)와 연결되어 수분감지센서(41)의 감지에 따라 작동되는 모터(42)와, 그 모터(42)의 축에 축결합되는 편심캠(43)과, 그 편심캠(43) 일측의 상,하단에 돌출되는 축(44)에 회동가능하게 설치되어 걸림돌기(11)를 걸림고정하는 걸림편(46)과, 상기 걸림편(46)이 설치되는 축(44)에는 탄지스프링(45)이 축설되며, 창문부재(10)와 인접하는 측면에는 상기 창문부재(10)의 여닫음에 따라 창문부재(10)의 걸림돌기(11)가 입출되는 입출홈(47)이 요입형성되는 제2케이스(40);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공동주택용 복도 창문의 자동개폐장치.
