Claims (7)
- 케이싱의 내부에 장착되는 구동 모터와;상기 구동 모터의 구동력을 전달받아 각각 냉매를 압축시키는 제1 압축 유닛 및 제2 압축 유닛과;상기 케이싱의 측부에 위치하는 어큐뮬레이터와 상기 제1,2 압축 유닛에 각각 연결되어 그 어큐뮬레이터를 거친 냉매를 제1,2 압축 유닛으로 각각 유입되도록 안내하는 제1,2 유입관과;상기 제1,2 압축 유닛 중 하나의 압축 유닛의 토출측과 그 압축 유닛과 연결되는 유입관을 연통시키는 바이패스 관과;상기 바이패스 관을 개폐하여 그 바이패스 관이 구비된 압축 유닛을 공회전시키거나 냉매를 압축시키는 개폐 밸브와;상기 개폐 밸브가 바이패스 관을 개폐시키도록 그 개폐 밸브를 작동시키는 밸브 모터와;상기 밸브 모터의 구동시간 간격과 정지시간 간격을 제어하는 제어 유닛을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 모터의 모터축에 토션 스프링이 구비된 것을 특징을 하는 용량 가변 압축기.
- 구동 모터와 그 구동 모터의 구동력을 전달받아 각각 냉매를 흡입하고 압축시키는 제1 압축 유닛 및 제2 압축 유닛을 포함하여 구성된 용량 가변 압축기에 있어서,부하를 감지하는 단계;그 부하에 따라 상기 두개의 압축 유닛에서 각각 냉매를 지속적으로 압축시키는 고용량 모드, 또는 상기 두개의 압축 유닛 중 하나의 압축 유닛에서 지속적으로 냉매를 압축시키고 다른 하나의 압축 유닛에서 냉매를 압축시키는 시간 간격과 냉매를 압축시키지 않는 시간 간격을 변화시키는 가변용량 모드, 또는 두개의 압축 유닛 중 하나의 압축 유닛에서만 냉매를 압축시키는 저용량 모드 중 하나의 모드를 선택하여 운전하는 단계를 포함하여 진행됨을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변 압축기의 운전방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 가변용량 모드는 부하를 감지하여 제어 신호를 발생시키는 단계와, 선택적으로 냉매의 압축이 이루어지는 압축 유닛의 흡입측과 그 압축 유닛의 토출측을 연통시키는 바이패스 관을 개폐시키는 밸브 모터를 상기 제어 신호에 따라 구동되도록 모터 구동신호를 발생시키는 제어 단계와, 상기 모터 구동신호에 의해 밸브 모터를 구동하여 상기 바이패스 관의 개폐 시간 간격을 조절하는 단계를 포함하여 진행됨을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변 압축기의 운전방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 바이패스 관이 닫히면 그 압축 유닛에서 냉매의 압축이 이루어지고 그 바이패스 관이 열리면 그 압축 유닛에서 냉매의 압축이 이루어지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변 압축기의 운전방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 압축 유닛에서 각각 냉매를 압축하는 최대의 압축 용량을 서로 다르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변 압축기의 운전방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 모터의 구동시는 그 밸브 모터의 모터축에 결합되는 토션 스프링의 토션을 극복하는 방향으로 회전하고, 상기 밸브 모터의 정지시 그 토션 스프링의 복원력에 의해 초기 위치로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 가변 압축기의 운전방법.
