- 디스크(11)에 다양한 오디오 항목의 실제 구조를 특정하기 위한 목록표(TOC)메카니즘을 사용하면서, 광학적으로 판독가능한 디스크(11)에 오디오 위주의 정보를 기억하는 방법에 있어서,적어도 2개의 트랙영역(126,128,130)으로 구성된 세트의 각 트랙영역에 동일한 정보를 갖는 2개의 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)를 할당하여, 상기 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)의 적어도 임의의 정확한 복제로부터 임의의 구성요소인 서브-TOC부분을 검색하고,상기 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)의 위치에 관한 정보를 갖는 적어도 하나의 마스터-TOC(124)를 설치하고,상기 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)는 트랙영역과 관련된 동일한 정보를 갖고, 그것과 관련된 트랙영역(126,128,130)의 서로의 반대측 단부에 인접하고, 각 마스터-TOC(124)는 상기 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)의 각각을 가리키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적으로 판독가능한 디스크에 오디오 위주의 정보를 기억하는 방법.

- 디스크(11)에 다양한 오디오 항목의 실제 구조를 특정하는 목록표(TOC)를 구비하고, 오디오 위주로 기억된 광학적으로 판독가능한 디스크(11)에 있어서,적어도 2개의 트랙 영역(126,128,130)을 구성하는 세트의 각 트랙영역에 동일한 정보를 갖고, 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)의 적어도 임의의 정확한 복제로부터 임의의 구성요소인 TOC부분을 검색하는 2개의 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)와,상기 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)의 위치에 관한 정보를 갖는 적어도 하나의 마스터-TOC(124)를 구비하고,상기 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)는 트랙영역과 관련된 동일한 정보를 갖고, 그것과 관련된 트랙영역(126,128,130)의 서로의 반대측 단부에 인접하고, 각 마스터-TOC(124)는 상기 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)의 각각을 가리키는 것을 특징으로 하는 오디오 위주로 기억된 광학적으로 판독가능한 디스크.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 마스터-TOC(124)는 상기 디스크(11)의 초기위치에 대한 표준 오프셋 위치에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오디오 위주로 기억된 광학적으로 판독가능한 디스크.
- 광판독수단(22), 상기 광판독수단(22)에 따라 디스크 트랙(19)을 구동하는 디스크 구동수단(21) 및 디스크(11)에 기억된 다양한 오디오 항목(60,64)의 실제 구조를 특정하는 목록표(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)를 판독하도록 제어하는 제어부(20)를 구비한 판독장치에 있어서,상기 제어부(20)는 상기 디스크(11)에 동일한 정보를 갖는 2개의 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)의 정확한 복제를 더욱 검색하고,상기 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)는 트랙영역과 관련된 동일한 정보를 갖고, 그것과 관련된 트랙영역(126,128,130)의 서로의 반대측 단부에 인접하고, 각 마스터-TOC(124)에 기억된 포인터 정보를 사용하여 상기 서브-TOC(영역 TOC-1, 영역 TOC-2)의 각각을 가리키는 것을 특징으로 하는 판독장치.
