Claims (5)
- 이종(異種)의 제1성분과 제2성분의 폴리머를 각각 용융시켜 별개의 토출공을 통해 방사시킨 후 방사된 개개의 섬유상 폴리머를 방사구금 직하에서 접합시켜서 제조되는 사이드 바이 사이드형의 폴리에스테르계 잠재권축사에 있어서,제1성분이 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PTT)이고,제2성분이 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)에 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PTT) 5 ∼ 15 중량%가 용융 혼련된 PET-co-PTT 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 잠재권축사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분인 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PTT)가 제2성분인 PET-co-PTT 공중합체에 대하여, 5 ∼ 30 중량% 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르계 잠재권축사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트(PTT)의 고유점도(IV)가 0.90 ∼ 1.10 dl/g이고, 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET)의 고유점도(IV)가 0.50 ∼ 0.65 dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르계 잠재권축사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르계 잠재권축사가 탄성 회복률 25∼45%인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 폴리에스테르계 잠재권축사.
- 제1항의 탄성 회복률 25∼45%인 폴리에스테르계 잠재권축사를 이용하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 염색얼룩이 개선된 신축성 원단.
